According to P6, Kris is being told to settle the divorce with Kim K because allegations of his sidechick getting pregnant and that the baby could be his, would be hard to prove in court that he was really "devastated and blindsided," by Kim K's divorce and that the marriage was "fraud," would be hard to prove in court.
